AFTER READING THIS, YOUR WON’T SAY AGAIN THAT THERE IS NO MONEY

One of the commonest complaints on the lips of many Nigerians is “there is no money.” On the other hand, one of the commonest groaning from the lips of the same set of people is that “our politicians have stolen all our moneys”. But a careful look into the society and particularly around the entertainment, hospitality, real estate and sex industries reveals that there are so many non-politicians bagging real money and earning genuine wealth. How true then is the saying that “there is no money anywhere”? A big fat lie, it is. The truth is that there is money in the hands of a group of people whom many others complaining are simply unwilling or scared to take the risk of approach to attract or demand their own fair share of the wealth.

Do you know that no matter how wealthy a man or woman is, there is always something they lack and which they cannot do or are too comfortable or lazy to do for themselves – such as buying food, going in search of a luxury shelter to acquire, getting their kind of water to their homes, driving themselves to work, school and other destinations of choice, sexual satisfaction, better body physique and looks, making the kind of clothes they love to wear, selling the kind of jewelries they live to wear, singing the kind of music they love to dance or listen to, making the kind of movies they love to watch, washing their own clothes, disposing off their baggage, etc. As you know this list is endless and you can add some more roles to it. It is therefore your ability to provide a great quality of one or more of these services the rich earnestly seek and to bring it to them where they are found, appreciating and properly quantifying and pricing your wares or products that makes you earn from the rich man’s pocket.

Recall that the man who has been the talk of the town and great inspiration to many such as me, Mr Obinna Iyiegbu (Obi Cubana) also said in an interview he granted to BBC Pidgin, that he made his first million while selling property in Abuja as well as engaging in interior decorations. He was simply doing the business of the rich. Who are you positioning your business for? The rich with the money you seek or the poor and ‘managing’ masses who are complaining like you? Who are you selling to and what excuses are you giving yourself for not being able to sell to the people who have the money. By selling, I am not talking about products only, yes you can sell services, ideas, and can I add here that being a good, sincere and trustworthy person is a great and priced value and asset, you can make the best personal assistants, domestic assistants, managers and you can excel in anything you set out to do.

Today meeting the rich is not as difficult as it was many years ago. They are found across the internet and they can see what you have to offer. You simply need to think of what service you will like to provide, be sincere about it, committed to it, consistent with it and put hard work, aesthetics, and prayer and faith in God into your efforts to become successful. You also need to consistently strive to improve upon what you have achieved and not to speedily rest on your oars. Consistently dreaming big and aspiring to be better is a very good culture for success in life. For whatever stage that gets hard for you to pull through, there is a way to scale through, ask questions and gain clarity. Don’t just quit!

What I have explained above underscores the philosophy of researching a need, studying the loopholes in the available solutions, understanding the trends on that problem and the solution you are aiming to provide, drawing a plan for an excellent model, providing the service gradually and becoming an authority, and as you begin to enjoy your success, take some percentage off to reinvest in yourself and business so as to improve against becoming obsolete, consequently earning more, maintaining relevance and transferring your wealth to the generation after you. A life of success is ahead of you, don’t dare to limit yourself but dare to do more than what you are doing right now. Pray to God’s Holy Spirit to guide you even as you but in quality work.

Finally, I can speak to any meeting or group of audience on the above topic, on customer service excellence, on how to scale through challenges and how to fearlessly pursue your choice career and vocations – these are some of my areas of competence in public speaking. I am only a call away +2348033999004.

God bless you!
