HOW AND WHY PSYCHOTHERAPY IS A RESPONSIBILITY FOR EVERYONE!

Health is defined as a state of physical, mental and Social Wellbeing and not the mere absence of disease. Thus a mentally or psychologically challenged or unstable guy isn't healthy.
This is true because a fellow who is worried about finances to take care of an ailing mother, a due to deliver wife, school fees for children and house rent and all of a sudden receives news of having been named as one of the staff who has been laid off in a downsizing scheme, is a hazard to both himself and his immediate environment and neighbours.
Psychotherapy is a very useful aspect of Medical care and it works. This is a non-drug approach. Psychotherapy is a type of therapy used to treat emotional problems and mental health conditions.
It involves talking to a trained therapist, either one-to-one, in a group or with your wife, husband or partner. It allows you
to look deeper into your problems and worries, and deal with troublesome habits and a wide range of mental disorders,
such as depression and schizophrenia.
Psychotherapy usually involves talking, but sometimes other methods may be used – for example, art, music, drama and
movement.
Amidst the many pains of accidents, terrorism, sicknesses, financial and economic recession, etc, We all can play a part in the psychotherapy of one another. Truly, it will make more sense to speak, treat and interact with people with the intention to heal rather than hurt. Many of those who ended up in suicide deaths, were people who had their whole being stuffed up with their burdens while smiling at the outwards. Soon after, their stories emanated. Thus, it is obvious that not everyone looking well dressed is satisfied with life despite their colourful Fashion and smiles.
Don't spare a nice word. Just say it irrespective of whether it is appreciated. You may never know how many lives you would have saved. An act of generosity can go a long way in reassuring a disillusioned or disoriented mind about life. Every good act gives out the light of joy and love. It is always worth it to be nice. Just be nice...
